Through Her Eyes: Political Knowledge

the big q:
how can people choose the right president for them if they rarely know anything going around?
for me political knowledge is a crucial thing, especially at times like this. i gotta admit, we all do, that it's pathetic to know that only a little part of the country has enough of it, to really know why they're choosing who. a political knowledge runs a role in the way of thinking, in this case, as an authorised citizen who has been given the right to contribute in an election, someone needs to be aware of everything associated with the candidates, and of course, to understand the political condition in this country. it can't be like, i choose this one because i feel like it, or because my parents told me to. i've heard a lot of people saying in between, accepting whoever it is to be elected in the end. what is going to happen if every single person sets themselves up like that? it makes no sense. the reason an election is held in the first place is to formally do the decision-making, in which the population are directly involved by contributing their choices. as an educated person, we shall have our own choice and logical reasons behind the deciding. with basic knowledge about politics, one can decide which is the good and the bad, one can learn and predict which plans are most likely to work out in the future. that's why i said political knowledge is crucial, so that one will understand things that are happening in their own country and in this case when they are asked for an opinion on their choice, they know exactly why.
